Room extremely comfortable and well serviced. Breakfast facilities excellent and staff throughout could not be more helpful.
No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Have stayed here a few times now. It is a little walk into the centre of Leeds but pleasant. There is a multi storey car park next door and you get a discount when you tell reception that you are parked there.
The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is basic but suitable. Staff are always friendly and helpful. They were extremely helpful when I had accidentally booked the wrong night and they changed it FOC. They only had a twin room but changed it to a double when we arrived.
Taxi is easy to arrange if you can't manage the walk. There is a Pizza Express round the corner and the Armouries are definitely worth a visit. Its also close to the river and there are free river taxis. All good

Stayed here as we were attending a function at The Armouries but we won’t be back.
Rooms very basic!
Small bathroom.
Our friends changed room as theirs wasn’t even clean.
Small TV.
Limited facilities.
Bar downstairs was mobbed with people queuing for drinks and not enough bar staff...surely they knew about the function?
Also a pretty basic seating area around the bar with limited space.
Breakfast was also pretty basic!
They ran out of coffee cups...twice!
Fairly limited choices.
Small plates.
Only decent thing was the function that we attended!
You have to pay for parking too?

This was our first time in Leeds , and I picked this hotel because it is so close ( 1 min walk )to the royal armouries , getting there through Leeds is a night mare , as very little roads signs for armouries , get a train , then free water taxi to it , the hotel is basic but clean , staff great , and breakfast really good , there is a multi storey next door and the hotel offers a good discount ,

Enjoyable stay, great location and free water taxi to the other side of the city. Staff very helpful and polite, good range of buffet breakfast, rooms as expected nothing fancy but all facilities available. Usual very good standard of what I expect from holiday inn, would stay again next time visiting this brilliant city.
