Hotel does what it says on the tin. Comfortable nights sleep. Easy parking. Great customer service. Relatively cheap drinks at the bar. Plenty of food for breakfast. Not the best views but ideal for a stop over at the price, would recommend.

You know what you get in a Holiday Inn. Fantastic price just £43 for the night with breakfast. Room was clean and staff very friendly. I would say Premier Inn is slightly above in quality but Holiday Inn still do the work. I guess the place will be very busy and noisy when it is match day. Next door to LFC stadium.

Stayed here for the LEICESTER Leeds game check in was good, room was good, food was good, bar was good, Wi-Fi was great for a hotel. Only 1 minor fault was not plugs socket next to bed but on other side of the room. Would I stay again YES

In the course of this year I've stayed at 13 hotels of which 10 of them are Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express. This was my first time at this one in Leicester and I hope not to return to either hotel or city ever again.
Check In was the usual smooth and friendly welcome, the room on the 5th floor was a standard HIE double room which was well-maintained and clean as was its ensuite.
I had a reasonable night's sleep apart from a noisy family running around yelling at 3am, and once dressed went down for the standard barely palatable HIE breakfast but what really annoyed me was as I went back for more breakfast a 'Benefits Street Scumbag Family' took over my table and the adjoining tables and I struggled to find somewhere else to eat. Peace and quiet at an early morning breakfast was too much to ask for!!
Returned to room, then checked out and left as fast as I could, hoping not to return again. Leicester City FC were away that day, I would dread being there if they were at home.

Booked for one night as we were attending a match at LCFC. We couldn’t have been any closer!!!!
We arrived pre-check in, very busy due to it being Match day but we found a (free) car park space and had a coffee in the bar until our room was ready. Car parking was a bonus.
Stavros ensured we could deposit our bags before we went to the match.
The room was exactly as requested - accessible, near the lift and the extra pillows requested were on the bed.
The bar was very busy after the match but the staff coped brilliantly - clearing up as people left. Whoever decided to serve drinks in plastic cups beakers has a stoke of genius and enabled the staff the keep on top of keeping the busy bar flowing.
Drinks were not overpriced.
We had a good nights sleep although I couldn’t figure out the air con, and the shower was good.
Breakfast was adequate providing plenty of food to see us through our journey home.
Overall this was an excellent price for the service provided and I would stay here again if/when I next visit Leicester.
Big thanks to all of the staff.
