Liz4Geron 20/11/2017 23:40Stayed here for 1 night after a visit to Stirling Castle. Very comfortable stay...good breakfast options included in the price. Would recommend highly. Bus stop across the street if you want to take a short bus trip into town.
Great value stopover
WalkwiththeDogon 01/11/2017 17:43We use this hotel regularly as a great one night stop as we head from Yorkshire to the highlands or back. The welcome is always warm and efficient and the rooms are ideal , clean comfortable and also dog friendly . The hotel had had a significant make over since our last visit and breakfast was also improved.
The holiday inn express range always offer good value rooms in excellent locations.

- Nice breakfast. Get there early though or you might have to wait
- Handy having a restaurant next door and a petrol station over the road

Well equipped, could not ask for anything more , tv, iron, heater,hair dryer , study desk and lamp ,basically my room had everything I needed.Good service by friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. absolutely enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would highly recommend it .

Check in was very good and I think it was John B who checked us in and made us aware of everything we needed to know.
Room was on the small side we booked to stay in a double room with two double beds but it was more of a twin room no way were these double beds, also stated there was a tub/shower combo when it was just a shower. Basic facilities in the room tea/coffee maker and iron board with iron, that was a good touch as I hate asking hotels for this every time I stay somewhere, the tv was very small aswell.
Breakfast choice was actually very good but was very crowded in the morning but was informed about posters dotted around about best time to get breakfast but it was more like a canteen feel as had to sit beside other couples etc, not the best but it was a small place.
Everything else was good, would maybe try somewhere else next time I visited Perth but I wouldn’t be put off staying here.
