They was remodeling the place but still it was pleasant we stopped last min for a place to crash after a Steelers game everyone had to much to drink to drive back. The one major con I can say was staff came off as incompetent they had issues checking me in cause I was using cash and they couldn't figure out how to even though I already booked the room over the phone with customer service before I drove their. Then they forgot my wake up call thank God I didn't have work the next day

Our visit started with the impression of all the construction which I was willing to look past. The room was clean enough but the problems started when the heater broke. They kept coming down to fix it and they did not listen when I said it wasn't working. Finally they reset the breaker and it worked. Then, the flies started. LOTS of them, baby flies. I started to wonder if there was a body in the walls. Not a good stay, we just wanted to leave.

Checked in for an eight day business trip. The entire lobby under construction. Total disaster area. Could hear the pounding on the second floor. Checked out after one night. Not even an apology for the mess. Poor customer service coupled with a messy construction zone equal find a different hotel.

At check in, asked the staff the best way to get to the stadium. Drive was their answer. When I asked advisor mass trans, they were of no help. Fortunately, another traveler pointed us to the trolley..3 miles away. This shows the lack of service at this site. During breakfast, the lady who was laying out and resulting the food, left during breakfast....
The hotel is in bad shape, though charges premium price.
Would not recommend this property... The property manager WAS very responsive though.... somewhere between her and the employees, there is a breakdown

A unique welcome with their personalized white board. Carrie and the rest of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful which set the tone for our experience. The hotel is updated and comfortable with modern room amenities as well as an adequate fitness and pool area. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.
