We spent three nights here. Everything was great. Friendly and professional staff. They have a gated parking area so you can rest a little easier about your vehicle. Shuttle drivers were fast and friendly. Standard breakfast was good.

A wonderful place to hang your hat! From the time you check in, until your stay ends, the entire team at the HIE in committed to making you feel at home. The entire staff is efficient, professional and friendly.
I will definitely stay at this hotel location whenever I'm visiting San Antonio for business or for pleasure. They're fantastic!

I have stayed here a number of times in the past when my travels have brought me to the San Antonio area for work. I had not been here for a while and was pleasantly impressed with the renovations that they have done to the hotel. Very impressive!

Nice hotel. Very clean and with a very helpful employees, specially the person who attend the breakfasts area.
Excellent service from the shuttle drivers, I forgot my wallet when I went to the airport and the driver was worried about it and made me feel special guest when he brought me back to pick it up and return me to the airport

As a 25 year veteran hotel manager, I am automatically critical every time I stay somewhere. I was blown away by the service delivered at this hotel by two employees who absolutely stood out--Alec & Sabrina, your customer service, humility and kindness have earned you kudos for me and if I could give this hotel six stars I would on your service alone! The property is immaculate, I am here for a week and already excited: you must have an awesome general manager whom I can't wait to meet!
