This hotel offers exceptional value . Stayed here prior to sailing . Location is good , about 15 minutes drive to port and has free parking . Staff really helpful and friendly . Breakfast really good . Also there is a lovely pub opposite where we had carvery - very reasonable with great facilities for kids

We haven't stayed here for a while and was pleased to note that the breakfast has improved with baps, granary bread, cumberland sausages and best of all BACON !!!. It may not be the best quality bacon but was very tasty.
As usual because we visited during school holidays there were lots of exiteable children waiting to visit Peppa Pig world which is nearby. The hotel management have a notice which asks parents to keep children away from the breakfast buffet area for health and safety reasons so it's a pity parents don't take notice of this as I very nearly tripped over a seemingly unaccompanied toddler whilst carrying two cups of tea.
All in all the hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly, I have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful.The breakfast was good but it was so busy I had to wait to get a clean table.This was dissapointing as I had an elderly relative.Since I paid nearly 100 pounds for 1 room I would expect a bit more but other than that it is very good.

Stayed here for Peppa Pig World which is a few minutes drive away.
It was very clean and a good room size to which we had a sofa bed in for our toddler. A special mention for the man who greeted us (didn’t catch his name but he was working at 5pm on Friday 20th October) he was so helpful and friendly to us! Breakfast was average but you’re not going to get 5 stars for the price you pay.
Highly recommend as a stop over or a cheap night after being out for the day or evening.

A pleasant place to stay for a night stop over with a good self service buffet breakfast. Nice evening snack and drink menu too. Very big so would imagine it can get very busy. Would be the perfect place to stay if you were going to watch the cricket as you can see the Ageus bowl from front windows.
