We have been staying here twice a year for several years and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are well furnished, comfortable bed, lots of towels and amenities. The breakfast buffet is fine for us, well stocked and lots of choices. We will be back in April!

We spent a week here recently while visiting family. We found this hotel to be everything we needed and more. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff was great, and went above and beyond- we requested an early check-in, knowing that it might not be possible. Nevertheless they had our room ready and waiting, and cheerfully checked us in a couple of hours prior to their normal check-in time. The free breakfast was more than adequate. We made good use of their large swimming pool as well. The location is convenient for Broken Arrow or S. Tulsa. They are currently finishing up a recent remodel, so there was some occasional construction activity, but it did not hinder us at all and was a non-issue. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here, and will plan to stay here again next time we visit Broken Arrow.

Ok so have stayed here 3 times (funerals all 3 times) but now they have remodeled! Loved it before but it's so pretty now! This time we stayed in King Ambassador suite - it was laid out very oddly! When you walk in the huge bathroom is to the left
w/kitchenette to the right and living area in middle. Then there's a partition w/ queen bed and tv opposite wall. In far corner of entire room a tiny table w/one chair. You can't really see the tv from the couch. Across from couch is bedroom w/king bed and giant whirlpool in the room. So you can sleep at least 8 but have a table for one in far corner of room. The black out shades are awesome though! There's no towel bars in bathroom which is odd if you're conserving and bathroom door needs doorstop before ti knocks a hole in the wall. These are minor items for such a great place in such a small town- we'll stay here, and play putt putt, again and hope its for pleasure next time! We had checked out but returned after funeral to ask if we could change clothes and the lovely lady at front desk couldn't have been more gracious! Kudos to great customer service!

We tend to stay at Holiday Inn's or IHG hotels in general when we travel as they have a great rewards program and are always consistent. What I mean is almost all Holiday Inn's have same beds- sheets- pillows- bath products- and other amenities. And we love them all. This hotel just renovated. They were still putting final touches on when we arrived. Our room mildly smelled of paint and the breakfast area was missing a few staple items so that is why its getting a four star review instead of five. I'm sure when we return these minor problems will be nonexistent. The hotel has a wonderful indoor pool and a small mini golf course. It's a short drive to Tulsa. It is very close to some great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend this property

Some hotels just stand out from the others, and this is one that does. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and spacious. One thing that made this room stand out was the number of electrical plugs and USB ports available. Clearly, this room had been updated for the way we live with electronic devices. The location was also great. It is close to restaurants, a movie theater and some shopping. It is also a quick and easy drive from here into Tulsa.
