Horrible Stay
yuteviamon 21/11/2017 00:50Arrived at 11, could not do early check in front desk rude, could not understand why no early check in. The room was dirty, mattress sunk in worn out, towels had a smell and hard. Roaches in the bathroom and the room had a horrible smell. The food in banquet hall not hot.

688kristyson 16/11/2017 15:22It was our wedding day and the Ramada Plaza hosted everything from the Ceremony to the Reception, our guest rooms and the Bridal Suite. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was set up beautifully and the staff went above and beyond to make the day magical! The food was delicious and the sleeping rooms were great. The staff handled everything from the initial walk through, to the end of the night with such professionalism. It was a pleasure having them host my wedding.
This was the worst customer services and room was horrible.

Customers Beware of this Ramada Plaza
Broderick Jon 15/11/2017 18:01This has got to be the worst hotel I have stayed at. This hotel had roaches and all types of bugs in the rooms. The customer service was terrible and my room was not service until 7:00pm. Also, the towels had a terrible smell to them.
