I stayed at this location a couple years back, and at that time it was needing some rehab.. Their website talked about having recently been remodeled, so figured it to be nicer than before. They have remodeled the lobby but not rooms. The carpet in the rooms is terribly dirty, bad enough it needs replaced not cleaned. The guest laundry area appears to never get cleaned. I felt like my clothes could come out dirtier than before washing. One room I had was at the end of the hallway with a window in the hallway. When it rained water would pour in around this window, and from the looks it has been doing this for a long time. Yes the window was closed. The bathtubs have a curved bottom so that while taking a shower constantly felt unstable. The issue that really made me unhappy with this hotel was I had a business package delivered to me there. After waiting on it several days I ask at the front desk to make sure if they had it. Well they had it with my name and room number on it but they failed to let me know it was there. I ask how long they had it and the response was "a few days". They apologized but that did not make it any better that they had not notified me when it arrived. One more thing it does not matter if your room is on the front side or backside there is a lot of traffic noise.

The hotel was quite busy and I had to park pretty far from front door.
Check in was smooth, Staff nice.
Room was fine. WiFi good.
Cleanliness good.
I had a problem with shower, but did not have time to deal with it with staff.

If your in town or near Holiday inn Bolingbrook property is ideally the right way to go. Their restaurant is brand new with plenty of T.Vs to watch the games(Charles, Jim & Lee will glady take care of you). Kathy makes it a breeze to make reservation and Mike the GM always makes time to talk to guest and Jose the housekeeping Manager is OK(Jajajaja).

Stayed here for one night on business. Room looked a little dated as the carpet was either worn or dirty. One side is next to the highway but the noise was not that bad, at least not this night. They have a regular breakfast menu, no buffet and the food was good.

I cannot recommend. Elevators were slow beyond belief. I took the stairs to Avoid the wait. My account was double charged and I a m still attempting to clear up. There are many hotels in the area that I would choose next time. Very disappointed.
