Only there one night , however found staff friendly & helpful. Food was Ok & due to the fact we had a long delay they took 20% off price without us asking. Room was large with all you would need to eat in if there more than one night. Good stop on way down the 101.

The hotel was nothing out of the ordinary but when it came to recommending a place to eat that night, Benjamin & Charise rose to the challenge. First they gave us the standard list but we had more of a conversation which led them to sending us to a great spot. We were only there one night & the customer service was the best part of the stay.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always met or exceeded our expectations. It is a wonderful little hotel with HUGE rooms. Queen beds are available which many "luxury" hotels do not have when you ask for two beds. It is a great location. You are only about 20 minutes from Pismo Beach and several wineries. You are just off the 101 so easy to get around. Shaw's, a really nice little steakhouse, is just down the street. They have always been friendly when we arrive. Really the only issue is that sometimes they forget to give us four towels instead of two and it would be great if they added a nice little continental breakfast option for IHG members.

$170 to get up in the morning and there be no water. The guy in front of me at check-out said that he had nearly no water so when I got up there I suggested they may be related. The had not asked him if he called the front desk but they did me. I explained that I had a 8 o'clock business meeting and I just expect the shower to work. I also explain that I wanted to use three legged microwave the previous night and it banged across the counter when I tried to heat up some soup. You expect more.

The hotel is just off the freeway in almost an industrial area. It looks a pretty dodgy area and we didnt even feel safe going out to the car parking area at night. Fortunately we were only there for one night. It seemed to be more a place that a travelling salesman/rep would stay at while on the road. The room was fairly run down and there werent any shops or restaurants in walking distance. We didnt stay for breakfast. Would not bother about even mentioning this place to friends or relatives. Probably the worst place that we stayed during the 4 weeks were away.
