This hotel hosted a two-day training event for me/my company. The support staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was set up as agreed and the morning breakfast and afternoon snacks were very good and provided on-time. The sleeping rooms are nice. My only minor displeasure was the bed; the mattress seemed to have been "compressed." It wasn't very comfortable.

What a beautiful hotel in Colonial Williamsburg. The staff was amazing and the rooms were extremely clean. The hotel looks brand new and the location could not be better. Cant wait to come back and visit our new home in Williamsburg.

Booked this hotel due to the location to Williamsburg downtown area and Busch Garden for a weekend (4day family getaway). The hotel was very clean and easy to get to on the bypass. There's a lot of stuff to do in the area. The hotel has a nice pool and hot tub that was great and not crowded. There is a restaurant on site but we normally eat out at places we don't have at home. The best part of our trip was the service we received from Verdell at the front desk. My son has some special needs that took some moving around to help make his trip great and Verdell was able to help our family with that request. This hotel meet all or our needs and will use it again on future trips .Microwaves and frig in the room were a great help.

This hotel is great. The rooms were spacious. "Hetal " at the front desk was great. We will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Williamsburg is a gem. There is so much to see here in Williamsburg and to see everything in two days is not enough time.

We went down for a nice relaxing family weekend get away, this hotel gave us just that and more. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our rooms were super clean, even housekeeping staff was great! They have an nice relaxing area outside. Next time in williamsburg we will stay at this hotel again, My new go to hotel in williamsburg!!
