We stayed at this Holiday Inn Nov 10. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was strong not water saving ! We went to the bar, Samuel Adams , after the wedding. The bartenders and staff, Gregg, Jami, Valerie and Sandra were amazing!! The bar is a good size . There was a band.and a great jukebox. We had so much fun! The drinks were good and the food was awesome! ( especially the French fries) we had a really good time!

Last month, on business, I stayed at this IHG facility. Shortly after my stay I was asked to complete a survey. I took rather harsh exception that there was no handicap parking. I my review I said the distance betweem my room and the parking lot made this experience a real chore. The IHG review was rejected citing legally sensitive comment. The next sentance in the rejection was and I quote IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE WALKING, DON'T STAY HERE. Three weeks later, I am still waiting on being contacted by hotel management. Disgusting way to treat a customer. I will never stay there again or any IHG facility

Let's start from first impression, parking lot not in the best shape and parts of parking lot not well lit. Lobby nicest part of hotel but deceiving in respect to rooms. I would have preferred to sleep in the lobby opposed to my room, it was cleaner. My room had disgusting worn furniture, mini fridge that didn't work and a very dirty bathroom. This place needs an overhaul of the rooms. I would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Will for two consecutive nights of our stay took exceptional effort in meeting our needs. We come into the bar area late near closing both nights and he assured that we were served food and drinks after two very long days. Thank you for having Will as part of your team. Memorable service!

Will in the bar is great! Made sure we knew when last call was and that we got drinks and food in time.
Greg and Hillary are great too.
Hotel is good, bit tired looking but convenient and decent breakfast.
Shuttle available for local restaurants etc. just ask front desk.
