What makes this hotel special is its location, in proximity to tram line T1 to Sultan ahmet district enabled me and my wife to have a close view of the residential and less known commercial centers of the city. The staff was very coordial, Buffet breakfast was no less than a feast offering a whole range of food variety. Would love to go back

Once more did I stay at this hotel. I have been in many Holiday Inn's all over the world. At this one I feel like home. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I have no complains about my rooms. They are always very clean and the are big enough. The bed's are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and will always return.

Had 3 nights of Stay during my visit to Istanbul. If you need a complaint to be escalated, the Front Office staff won't even know who, or what the 'GM' is. The same staff will advise you to make tea with 20TRY bottle of Spring water. Ask for bathroom slippers, the housekeeping team will take forever. Avoid the stained, cracked bathtubs. The shower water has lot of iron in it. Small rooms, inefficient service makes it a very un-Holiday Inn like experience. Look for alternate properties in Topkapi, Fatih Area.
