Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. They are willing to go the extra mile. Connected to a shopping mall, however it closes quite early (630 pm) so did not have time to visit. It.
Breakfast buffet and very good with lots of options. They will cook your eggs any way you want them.
We had dinner on night at the restaurant. It was good and the prices were not bad for the location.

one of the best holiday inns i have stayed.
Location: Very strategic location with the gauteng metro station just below the hotel from where you can catch a metro to anywhere. Rosebank area is also considerably safer than many other locations in Joberg.
Hotel and room: The hotel is modern, The rooms are well designed, clean and really nice. The rooms facing the front of the hotel have a nice panaromic view of Joberg spread. Watching the evening thunderstorm from the room is a delight.
Facilities: The restaurant is nice. The pool is slightly smaller in size.

I stayed here and it was a lovely stay on every count.
The staff are all lovely and friendly and can’t do enough to help.
The room was clean and comfy and the showers are excellent.
The breakfast is amazing. I especially recommend the mushrooms and the baked beans, the chef does something to them and the flavours are delicious!!
The locations is great as it’s right next to the very nice Rosebank shopping centre with loads of shops and restaurants, I highly recommend Tasha’s for food and Fathers for coffee.
The view from all rooms is amazing especially in October and November when the Jaracanda trees are in full bloom.
The only thing that lets this hotel down ate the lifts. They are so incredibly slow it is very frustrating. Just trying to get from the 8th floor down to reception in the morning to check out took me 13 minutes. The doors take 30 seconds to shut at each floor and with only 2 lifts servicing the entire hotel’s 5 floors of rooms it became quite annoying.
Still, I would definitely stay here again, just leave more time to get out

I arrived as a lone female traveller very fearful and nervous. The staff just took me under their wing, looked after me, arranged trips for me and could not do enough to help me. With their kindness, I relaxed and throughly enjoyed my visit to Jo'burg. I wouldn't say anywhere else if I return there. Thank you everyone especially Lerato.

A very plesant hotel with its main attraction being its location. If you are on a first visit to Johannesburg, this hotel is an excellent choice for its walking poximity to mulitple retail venues and especially the Hop-on Hop-off main tour terminal. The hotel is quite near a Guatrain terminal. Close by the hotel are two banks with secure ATM terminals in addition to the ATMs in The Zone shopping mall to which the hotel is securely connected to via an indoor halllway. The staff here were very knowledgeable and welcoming. The lodging was roomy, everything worked well. We’d forgotten our bag of electrical adapters, but no problem due to the hotel’s adjacency to a shopping mall. It was easy to experience local cuisine as the hotel’s breakfast buffet was a serious array of various foods and a great many local restaurants are a short safe walk from the hotel. We took the Shuttle King to the hotel from the airport, meeting us in the arrivals hall with a large name sign then a great introductory commentary all the way to the hotel. Always nice to have a hotel making you comfortable on your first visit to a country a long ways from home.
