This hotel is shockingly poor, bar ran out of Guinness then ran out of bottled beer. Dinner was bland and boring, air conditioning unit while being off came to life in the early hours of the morning making significant loud noises. My advice stay away.

It's friendly, modern, very clean, quiet and with a very good breakfast with efficient service.
The location is handy for Leeds and the surrounding area and I'll be staying again soon.
The restaurant staff are lovely people and the food is very well cooked and prepared.

Stayed over night on the 7th ,
The reception were friendly and helpful ,
I had a king room with the most amazing bed , plenty of clean towels and extra toiletries , highly recommended this hotel and I will definitely be back again

Party of 4 with 3 rooms. Paid cash . Breakfast included. Enjoyed our stay & was used as a base for the West Indian Carnival in Leeds .
20 minutes on the motorway.
Would use again.
Parking was free.
All staff helpful & the environment was welcoming

location v good for getting to Wakefield, Leeds, Dewsbury etc, staff very helpfull and friendly meals good. rooms comfy ..Have stayed on several occasions and always been made very welcome..i found nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff .will stay again.
