This holiday is well located. It is not too far from the airport and is right in the middle of the Saldanhha neighborhood. It is walking distance from some great restaurants not well known by the tourists crowd.
The restaurant where breakfast is served is poorly located with no access from the elevators or for wheelchair. Checking out was chaotic. I understand many people want to check out right after breakfast to head back to the airport. However, the hotel management should plan their staffing level accordingly. Waiting in a queue for 45 minutes to check out is just unacceptable. You can virtually miss your flight because of that. It is even more frustrating when you have already prepaid your room and, all you needed to do was to drop the card keys and close your bill. I hope someone will pay attention to my feedback and act appropriately.

Good quality holiday Inn. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room, well appointed, wood floors, mini-bar and coffee making facilities and good size ensuite. Very comfortable bed and lovely hot shower. Good breakfast choice in the downstairs restaurant and a nice bar and bar snacks off the lobby. Modern feel to the hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location which is close to metro, rail station and bus stop. The staff is very helpful, the wifi is very strong, the breakfast is very good. The first room we entered was a bit dirty and the bed sheet was not changed. We requested for a room change and they dealt with it very fast and professional. Another drawback is the setting of the twin room. The two beds are connected side by side and it is a little inconvenient for spacing. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast offers lots of food choice. Will come back to this hotel.

Had a good stay at Holiday Inn Lisbon-Continental. The hotel is fine, but the best experience we had was at its Salon, on the ground floor with Hair Stylist Laura, a brilliant stylist and most wonderful person. Despite the fact that she could not speak English, she understood every gesture and expression to give the most perfect style we expected.

I stayed here during the Web Summit in Nov 2017. The "mini gym" on the 4th floor had creaky machines, a treadmill with a big cut on the running mat - a safety / health hazard; the toilet had hair in it - clearly wasnt cleaned properly, and the breakfast at the restaurant lacked hygiene - the poached eggs smelled rotten and I had to send them back.
