Stayed for two nights. The room is very comfortable& has all the amenities you need. Spotless clean& the bed was very cosy. Staff were very helpful and always smiling. Very pleasant to deal with. We did have 1 meal at the hotel which was only average. Other than that the location is fantastic and would highly recommend it for your visit to Liverpool. We will be back for sure!

Stayed here one night ( last minute booking) to visit a very poorly family member in Liverpool royal hospital
Location of hotel was perfect for the everything , lime street train station is across the road. The hospital was a 15 minute walk away or £3 taxi ride, and the shopping centre was 2 minute walk away
The empire theatre was just across the road
Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. All the staff I met were lovely, chatty, friendly .
Breakfast was lovely, usual great selection of hot and cold .
Room was very comfortable, and quiet.
Would definitely return here to stay

Excellent helpful reception staff. The hotel is only minutes walking distance to the main shopping area and opposite to Lime street train station. Restaurants of different taste are close by too. Rooms are adequate in space and clean. We were upgraded to a larger room with a separate seating area. However, the seating area was spacious, but with only one armchair and one desk chair and no table. The reception desk confirmed the furniture despite we were a couple. I was wondering if there were children also with their parents, how they will sit in the room . You can only watch TV if you lie in the bed as there was no chair in the bedroom. No safety box was available. Tea and coffee making facilities were a bonus and the free Wi-Fi was strong. The breakfast was delicious with varieties of food but mostly were the restaurant staff who were amazingly nice with large smile on their face especially Kathy. We highly recommend this hotel which we will return to when we visit Liverpool again but hopefully our aforesaid comments are considered.

What a great find with car parking just next door. Holiday Inn has negotiated a discount rate so get your ticket validated at the Hotel before paying for your ticket when leaving the hotel. We didn’t need the use of our car during our stay. The City was on our door step and the Quay was near the view we had from our 6th floor of the Liver building. The Hotel staff were very friendly and the evening set menu was so good we ate in every night. Our deal also included breakfast which was spot on. Would also like to thank Lesa our chambermaid and restaurant staff Jess and John and of course the chef Nono. The hotel is above a shopping mall but that was no problem we were on the 6th floor and could easily see the Liver building. Only a very small complaint but the external air con noise could be heard.

We stayed here on our way back from Ireland to London. Great location next to the Lime Street Train Station. The cafe on the 2 new floor had a good little menu and the room was clean and comfortable. The only negative we from the front desk person who was a bIt unfriendly. I think that was because she was working the desk alone and was swamped with customers.
