I had a great time at the hotel. The staff was warm, welcoming, and also very helpful. Every detail in the room was carefully weighted to make of the stay there a delightful experience. Couldn't expect more. Thank you!

Well situated no frills hotel. Great Starbucks coffee in the lobby. Awesome service. Need to Compliment Rosa. She was magnificent. Went out of her way to assist us. Way to go!

Stayed here over the weekend with friends on a visit to Camden. This is a great location to explore Camden market, the locks, the canal, Regent’s Park etc. We had a view across the canal which was great, not a lot of noise from there during the night but the hotel did have an event going on which was incredibly noisy until the early hours. They do provide ear plugs though which was a nice touch.

We had booked a Penthouse room fifth floor and requested not near the lift and a quiet room. I don’t know what the hotel was thinking when they placed us in the middle of rooms all occupied by a large party of young men who had loud kind of music playing through the night until about 6:30am! We were kept awake all night but we didn’t complain as security seemed to be dealing with the situation but not soon enough for us to get any sleep! It didn’t just ruin our nights sleep but the next day and rest of our time in London!

Booked for one night... Hotel is situated right in the heart of Camden.. We were pleasantly greeted, room was nice and clean, would have loved to have jad a room with the view over the locks but hey we can't have it all. Went out for an evening meal and came back amd had a comfortable sit in the hotel lobby with a coffee from Starbucks that is situated there too... Thank you for making our stay, we will definitely stay again x
