I wa working at the hotel and stayed the night before and the night after. On both accounts this hotel was welcoming, warm, frequently and efficient from check in to check out via business academy staff through to restaurant staff, concierge and doorman. Really couldn’t fault it.

Good hotel with good facilities
Excellent check in services and customer services, the rooms are of a good size and have enough inside including kettle, tv, with a comfortable bed and depending on where you are a good view of London

This hotel is perfectly situated to explore London with Gloucester Road tube station right around the corner. Rooms are clean and functional with small bathrooms.
Breakfast was a large buffet with plenty of choice and was all tasty and hot.
Would return dependent on price.

Good - Executive Rooms on top floor have fantastic views, not sure much bigger than other rooms but comfortable and ours was quiet. Standard amenities (shower gel/shampoo/body lotion). Business Lounge on ground floor is a comfortable compact space, with nice canapes in the evening and reasonable continental breakfast of pastries, cheese/meat and bread/toaster, as well as choice of juices and fruit. Staff attentive and kept everything topped up.
Could be better? - Lounge evening had just one choice of white and one red wine (plus a few beers). Also breakfast had very limited cereals choice and no tea pots - even when asked for one. Coffee is via ground coffee bags. Lifts can be very slow when busy.

Stayed 1 night for trip to Theatreland. Friendly staff at check in. Given vouchers for complimemtary drinks. Got Room 1715. Great views of The Shard, London Eye, BT Tower, Battersea Power Station, etc. Shower pretty poor for a London hotel in 2017. Bathroom extractor not working. Comfy bed. Secondary glazing doesn't really cut out traffic noise. some block away from tube - Piccadilly line which was idea for our theatre and getting there from Victoria on District line. Best price we saw for a central London hotel. Would use again.
