We booked a 2 night stay with dinner and breakfasts on 18th 19th November. We ate in the Belingo restaurant, the food was okay but the choice was limited. When we asked for the bill the bill to pay for the drinks, the bill included the full cost of the meals which we had previously paid for, a service charge of 12.5% (£16.25) was added to the whole bill and the nett cost of the food then deducted, leaving the service charge on the bill. This was for each visit. Also following the first night when the room was serviced the consumables were not replenished, tea coffee milk etc. The wet towels which were left on the shower floor were rehung on the towel rail. Room service trays which were left outside rooms in the corridors were not collected until the rooms were serviced. This is not budget accommodation. Despite hanging the do not disturb sign outside the room, the maid still entered and apologised when she found us in bed. We could have been naked in the bathroom which incidentally had a glass door.

As usual the Crowne Plaza Brand lives up to expectation. Rooms are clean and well presented, club lounge has everything you need and the service was great. Overall a great hotel with lots to offer, would recommend this hotel as I would all other Crowne Plaza's in London.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was wonderful, and the bed was incredible. The duvet and pillows were soft and fresh, as were the bathroom towels and gown. I slept really well. Thank you.

I stayed in this hotel for five nights I am a platinum member for IHG , the location is great , the service is very good , the room is very clean and sufficient for corporate guests as well as leisure , the hotel is almost 20 minutes walking distance to Kings cross station , the hotel is surrounded by nice cafes , mini markets and few pubs
I have to admit that the room cleaning ( house keeping staff ) are very professional as the room is always cleaned in a very good way
the only comment I am having Is that I was upgraded to a club room without the facility of using the lounge next day they told me to pay 20 pounds to use the lounge for me I have no problem but at the time of check in the front desk agent should have told me that so I would not have asked for it .
the service and the production in the restaurant ( the bloom I agues ) is great I had my dinner twice in it
my stay is very nice I will return back to the hotel for sure

I have stayed regularly over the last 6 months and my overall thoughts are as follows.
Staff are really friendly
Food is good but not a lot of choice
the beer is OK but expensive
Rooms are a nice side and beds are comfortable
On a good bus route and plenty of taxis though not near a tube
