A well run and friendly hotel 100 metres from Piccadilly. Friendly and helpful staff especially the concierge team. Rooms comfortable, clean and well maintained. Very good breakfast without being hurried.A huge range of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. For shoppers, Oxford Street is a 15-minute stroll via Berkeley Square. Very good cart coffee next door.

We booked into this hotel because it was in a good location to walk to various attractions. It was quite expensive, but we wanted to be able to walk around easily. The room was nice enough and the bed was OK. The room was clean and there was plenty of storage space. When we saw the bathroom, we thought YAY there is a spa tub - but alas the spa part didn't work. We had an executive room, and thought there would be robes we could use - but there was only 1 robe. Breakfast was the usual buffet and there was a good selection of cooked or continental foods available. My husband wished they had more than 1 coffee maker, because at busy times, you had to queue to get a coffee. We enjoyed our stay here and the staff that we interacted with were very nice.

We have been staying at this hotel for 19 years. Great location. A good value for central London close to tube and bus lines. Clean, friendly service. Long term staff that remember us. It’s our London “ home.”

I've been to this hotel before and it's fine with pleasant staff. However, on this visit the breakfast on my first morning was oddly cold in places. It's hard to put my finger on exactly what was cold but it was not as enjoyable as usual. If it's the same tomorrow I do say something (I was in a hurry today). Overall a pleasant stay.
