Stayed one night with Newmarket Travel when we went to the Royal Albert Hall. The rooms were clean and modern. The bathroom, although small was of an excellent standard. Breakfast was plentiful and hot and the staff very courteous, helpful and friendly. Can't comment on the location as we were taken by coach from place to place.

We stayed in the hotel for a weekend of theatre, we were upgraded to a executive room which was nice!
The hotel itself is well situated around lots of easy to walk to tube stations! A few shops, restaurant and pub near by!
The staff were fairly nice, couldn’t fault them.
Not the hotels fault but there was a fire alarm at 4am!! This didn’t please us as we were very tired the next day! I personally think it was all a bit of a mess as people didn’t know where to stand outside! And staff didn’t really speak to us whilst evacuating. I didn’t think a printed letter pushed under the door was enough to apologise for this!
We didn’t eat at the restaurant, neither dinner or breakfast.. we were not even asked if we wanted breakfast!
We did have a drink at the bar which was nice.
But overall I’d recommended the hotel!

This is a really good, clean hotel in a good location. The check in was fairly quick considering we were part of a coach party and there was a long line. The room was clean and the bed comfy. There were the usual faclities, tea, coffee, tv, ironing and a clean bathroom.
The breakfast was great but a little bit of an assault course trying to get around and get to and from tables to serving areas. The breakfast is self service and offers english and continental choices.
All staff at the hotel were efficient and friendly.
The hotel has a supermarket a very short walk away and there are drinking and dining options nearby. Oxford Street and Carnaby Street are only a ten minute walk away. There is a tube station nearby if you are going a little further.
As we went in a prepaid organised trip i dont know how the hotels normal rates equate to value for money. We paid £125 each for two nights at the hotel and coach fare to and from Norwich and this to me was a bargain.
Id definitely visit this hotel again.

A very pleasant stay in a well maintained hotel. The location was perfect and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. Near to the hotel are a wide range of restaurants and bars.The staff were very attentive and really helpful. I will stay here again.

Booked for a group of 18 rooms. Very efficient reservation department which handled our booking well and offered an interesting price including breakfast.
Good location also, not far from St Pancras station and metro lines which will take you to the center of London. Not a lot of restaurants options in the area, nor nightlife, but ok for business purpose.
Huge hotel with no particular style, decoration or atmosphere, the facade is not appealling but the area is calm and quiet.
Rooms cleaned and sufficiently equipped, I regret they accomodated most of the group in twin beds rooms insstead of doubles, our big/tall colleagues did not sleep well because of the small beds.
Another point of improvement is the bathroom amenities: you have to request the extra dental, sewing or shaving kit, which is not practical when you are already ready for bed but realize you are missing something...
Nice breakfast, lot of cold and hot options, room a little bit noisy.
Overall good hotel for short stay, however lack of personnalised attention and details that do not give the impression of staying in a 4 stars. Would have been disappointed if paying the full normal price.
