Great hotel in a relatively central area. Not too much nothing on in North Acton, but enough to keep you happy. Probably the best experience was the service from Dannie. He was so polite, he made out evening. Whole hearted recommendation.

This hotel is the best value for price. While very reasonably priced (we all know how pricey hotels in London can be), it is very clean, feels like recently built or freshly renovated.
We stayed in executive room and it's very spacious, especially compared to all central hotels, where rooms are tiny. Has all the bathroom necessities, bathrobes and slippers, iron, tea and coffee machine with snacks.
As for location, it's a 3 minute walk from North Acton station, which is on Central line and just 15 minutes away from Oxford Circus station, which is basically the heart of shopping. So while the hotel is not central, it's very convenient to get anywhere, because the tube station is closeby. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Breakfast is another great thing about this hotel: while it's not very sophisticated, but they have everything you need for an English breakfast, plus fresh pastry and fruit.
The service is great, staff are very helpful and friendly - so I will definitely stay in this hotel again and I highly recommend it.

Don’t get me wrong, this wasn’t an awful experience, but it definitely wasn’t a great one. Check-in was quickly and friendly, and my initial impression of the room was that it was just as I expected - if you’ve ever stayed in an Ibis, Holiday Inn or Premier Inn before, you already know what to expect. It wasn’t until I got settled in that a few issues came up. The floor in the room had obviously been cleaned, but they must be putting glue in the water because it was incredibly sticky. When I went to take a shower, I noticed that there were no towels (hand towels, bath towels or otherwise) in the room. A call down to reception quickly remedied this and they were very responsive, but the towels should have been there. When I went to make tea, I noticed that the sugar packets in the tray were litter masquerading as useable sugar - the sachets had clearly been used and discarded by a previous occupant - and only a solitary single-serving sample of milk had been provided. Fine, I thought, I’m only having one cuppa and they’ll be replenished in the morning. They weren’t replenished in the morning and the empty sugar packets remained. Again, I had to go to reception to get milk. The pillows in the room were pretty uncomfortable and the air con wasn’t effective. Not a terrible experience, but I’d be reluctant to go back.

What can I say, room was not ready when we arrived and that was after 2pm.
It’s a very noisy hotel, there are no carpets in the normal rooms so this makes for a noisy experience.
The connecting doors don’t withhold much either you can hear everything your neighbours are saying or doing!!
The room facilities are not as good as a travel lodge or premier inn, limited coffee tea making and no biscuits!
Cleanliness was not that good, when we went to bed we discovered that the sheets are too small and do not fit the bed correctly, whilst trying to sort this out I found some hairs on the mattress and on taking another look one of my pillows was dirty!!
The only plus side was the bed was comfy and the waiter in the restaurant was very good and the food, although a little over priced was nice.

I delivered 7 day's trading in October and November 2017.
The facilities were excellent and I particularly was impressed by the conference manager for whom nothing was too much trouble.
He was welcoming and helpful on each occasion and I look forward to returning in the new year
