We loved staying at this hotel. It is connected to the Parisian and the Venetian so you don't have to walk far to get to other shopping areas and casinos. It's clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay here again.
Pros:
- comfortable beds and rooms
- gym is in excellent condition with sauna
- pool is nice and there are many places to lounge
- staff was very friendly and helpful! Really we thought the staff at the gym and pool were wonderful along with those at the front desk
- casinos are all so close
* can't comment on the room service and have no cons that come to mind.

Even though it was only a night's stay, the service provided by staff at this establishment was impressive. Check in was quick and smooth compared to the crowded Sheraton. My only gripe was that the check in counters were located a distance away from the elevators to the rooms. Bell boy service was also lacking as we had to lug our luggage to the room.
The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Furnishings were well kept with hardly any noticeable signs of wear.
Housekeeping and in-room dining services were personalised and prompt. Food served was generous in portion and tasted good. The phone operators were some of the friendliest I've encountered. Overall this hotel provides a vibe of eagerness to please guests, and with its mid range price it's a great value compared to other properties within the resort.

This was my family's fourth stay at this hotel, and it once again lived up to our expectation. We booked a large suite (we have 3 children under 4!) so that we could relax and indulge in room service when they had gone to bed, and it was awesome. Very quiet on the corridors and great black out curtains made for an excellent nights sleep.
The pool was great and the kids loved the heated mini pool. The staff at the pool bar were great and catered to every request.
This hotel is close enough (walking distance) to all the attractions, Venetian, Parisian, Studio City so if the Ice show is on (which it was at Easter) it is all close by. There are lots of kiddie soft play-esque sites around to entertain the little ones.
One of the best things for my kids was the DreamWorks characters in the hotel, and their parade around the attached shopping mall in the afternoon...we went twice.
A great hotel - will always be our favourite.

For a hotel to provide both "firm" and "soft" pillows - it gets my thumbs up! Spoilt for choice when selecting where to stay, I settled for this hotel cos of its good reviews. And I've not been disappointed.
Not as glitzy as some of the newer ones but helpful cheerful staff, beautiful clean room.
One comment - free shuttle service to airport starts after 10am. Which means taking a cab. Would be great if it starts at 9am.

- central of cotai
- designer shopping mall next door (T galleria by DFS)
- public bus stands right next to hotel
- courteous and helpful concierge
- lobby has nice fountain
- clean room
Tip
- this hotel is linked with Golden Sands, St Regis, Conrad thus no worries about food & shopping
- ask about the free hotel coaches that one can take from airport, ferry terminals and to move about.
Hope this helps and for sure I'll return and stay here.
