not good located hotel but any way good service and comfortable room
astrom391on 09/11/2017 11:24i was in this hotel for a convention and the room was booked from my company. This hotel is the business district , far away from the city centre . My room was a goos standard room , with all modern comforts.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent.
If i will go back again to Naples for leisure, i would book an hotel more central located.
Good hotel if your looking for one in the business district
Chandni Kon 08/11/2017 22:11Warning this hotel is in the business district so there is much else around. To get into Naples in the evening you must take a taxi. The hotel room itself was pretty good, descent size we opted for the buffet breakfast I thought it was good value for money lots of choice. Bar at the hotel is fairly expensive but there isn’t much else around. Staff were helpful in ordering taxis.

MiSarah305on 05/11/2017 12:38I stayed at the holiday inn with a friend in October of 2017. The hotel was nice and comfortable and the room we received was nice. We were upgraded to a suite since we were a member. So the room was nice and big. The staff were excellent and very helpful on many occasions. The only con about this hotel is the location. It was a little out of the way and not centrally located, like I thought. This made us have to depend on taxis and or walking everywhere. Once the taxi driver know you are a tourist, they will rip you off. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay here again because of the location. The taxis really left a bad taste in my mouth. Other thing location, this hotel is good.
Good comfortable stay
SabinaD0412on 25/10/2017 08:11Stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids. The hotel staff booked us a airport transfer. However our flight got delayed by 3 hrs due to fog but the staff were very helpful in rearranging the transfer. It cost 25 euros. We were upgraded to the Junior suite which was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Dined one night at the restaurant and food and service was good too. Free shuttle to the train station area was helpful. Taxi from city centre to hotel was 10 Euros. All in all a lovely stay.

Joy Bon 24/10/2017 10:01We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to everyone. We received VIP treatment from staff. This hotel offers a complementary shuttle to and from the Naples Central Train station. The room was great and the breakfast and dinners in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced.
