The hotel is located near great places to eat and drink. It is also very cosy for the price. The only issue I had was that the wall unit for the A/C was extremely noisy when it cut on. Other than that I would consider staying here again. It is great for couples who want to visit the Dallas area but not stay in the city.

Absolutely everything about my stay was superb!!! This will be my hotel of choice each and every time I visit Addison. One of the best places I’ve stayed while out of town. I would even take my kids for a family trip.

This Radisson was located in the perfect location for me. This was my first time visiting Addison/North Dallas and this hotel was within a few miles of all the hot spots. My room was clean, the shower was relaxing, and the bed was AWESOME❣️

The customer service was above and beyond! I have stayed at many hotels over the years but this was the best as far as customer service! Not only from the General Manager but everyone who worked at the front desk as well.

It's fine. Nothing terrible, but nothing great. Menu for room service is pretty limited. We thought about getting an evening meal/snack, but nothing appealed. Same for breakfast. Location is convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping.
