Upon arrival at a weekend we were told the restaurant was closed and only room service was available. This was not really a problem but the reason soon became apparent. An event was being held in the restaurant that was very noisy until about midnight. Loud music was played giving the feeling of a hotel in Ibiza! We were then kept awake until 1am as noisy guests returned to their rooms.
On the plus side the rooms were good and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I assume it’s not like this every night or weekend but it did spoil our stay. We also needed to be up early the next day.

Upon arrival I found the car park to be a good size and no problems parking for my course.
I found the venue for the course to be a little cramped and the facilities limited. Coffee and tea need to be purchased from the cafe bar and are quite expensive. Most of my group had opted to bring a packed lunch. We were told that the hotel didn't like us to sit and just drink coffee in the bar as they liked to keep the space for people eating - that was an odd request as I can't imagine the staff asking hotel guests to do the same. We were asked to have take away cups yet the price was still over the odds.
I wasn't overly impressed but can only comment on the facilities that I used.

I stayed with my wife and 5 year old son this last weekend. We arrived early for a full check in and were told housekeeping were currently cleaning our room so we checked in without seeing our room and went to meet friends. On our return we went to our room only to find the upgrade I requested and paid for had not happened. When I complained I was told it was tough - no explanation was forthcoming. I had no option but to accept it. Then in the morning they ran out of food over breakfast 3 times in the space of 30 minutes while we ate. It would have been cheaper and much less hassle to have stayed in the nearby Premier inn. Never again will we chance this hotel

my mum and I stayed in room 24 from Saturday 7th October to Sunday 8th October 2017 with national holidays on the Banbury and Bletchley park trip.all the rooms and public areas all have free Wi-Fi the beds are very comfortable all of the rooms have flat screen TV's in them. the staff are very polite and helpful. there was a lot of choice for the evening dinners and a lot of choice for the breakfasts.

Stayed here as part of a coach group,found it very clean and tidy.Staff very helpful and friendly,very nice modern bathroom,food good.
Only gripe was noisy people in the car park below our room until quite late on..but the hotel and facilities are good.
