I would no recommend this hotel because of the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the Morning staff. Very rude restaurant staff and young man at front dest needs additional training in guest relations. I would never recommend or will I ever stay at this facility. I hope the 90 football players received good service!

Requested roll in shower with king bed. When I checked in, I was put in a room with a tub and two queen size beds. Went to the front desk and they corrected the problem. When I got home that evening at 11:30 PM, I went to take a shower, I could not get water to come out of the handheld sprayer in the roll in shower. The front desk said maintenance would not be in until 8 or 9 the next morning. That did not work for me as I had to be somewhere at 10 am that was 45 minutes away. When I checked out, I was told the manager would call me. The manager never called, even though I left several messages. The front desk left me a message stating they would put 1000 points on my reward account. Yea, I don't think so! Poor service and worse management.

Last minute check in to this hotel with a party of 3 and 2 separate rooms. I should have known something was wrong when I see ear plugs on the dresser. All you could hear was trucks and cars with screeching breaks almost as if it was the middles of a major city. Needless to say I got 2 hours sleep. The other room appeared to have a toilet that had recently been used. Both our rooms complained about the conditions the toilet situation was disregarded and I was given a 10% discount for the other room. We were planning a 4 nite stay but checked out the following morning and headed to a Best Western in Wise, which was less expensive and a better overall experience. The lady at the desk even took the time out to show us a few different rooms that we wanted to check out for cleanliness and noise. Sorry I forgot the name of the lady at the desk that did this but kudo's to you and your corporate representation.

Very friendly and nice staff, located in downtown Norton. It has a restaurant and lounge on site which we didn't try, but looked ok. The hotel is clean but showing signs of wear. We were a little concerned about noise when we saw railroad tracks along side the hotel but our concerns were unwarranted. We hardly heard the train at all. Nice overall experience, would stay here again.

Stayed here while visiting uva-wise. The hotel was clean but some furnishings in the room showed signs of wear. Staff was very nice and hotel restaurant was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised. Our only issue was a travelball team on our floor. Parents stayed at the end of the hall and allowed the boys to stay in rooms together. They made quite a bit of noise.
