The staff is very nice here. Used my points and they still gave me the Safire upgrade. Scored a balcony too. They placed a bag of ice in the freezer. They have a full bar but all of the good drafts were out of service. Very clean and in good condition. Convenient to the highway and free parking.

Great place to stay if your going to Mohegan Sun Casino and dont want to pay Casino hotel prices. They provide a shuttle direct to the Casino, which you really dont need to wait for. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Great for one night stays.

Great food & prices are average, very nice employees all around. They also have a great happy hour with 1/2 priced apps that are great, would definately go back to both the hotel & restaurant, also have a shuttle to Sun Mohegan casino

We were given a room on the top floor with a balcony so we had a fantastic view across the surrounding area. The reception was friendly and efficient, and our room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. The bed was also very comfortable. We cannot comment on the restaurant because we didn't use it.

Was there for a veteran reunion and other than Sharon in the restaurant and Vern the shuttle driver it was not a great stay. Rooms were outdated, vent in shower was filthy, a/c didnt work right, electrical sockets were all loose with sparks coming out when plugged in. People at the front were not friendly at all. Had the meeting room and had liquor stolen and they actually had to put a chain and lock on it. 6 floors and 1 small elevator and the hotel was packed. And no free brekfast. Would go somewhere else
