Overall facility is exceptional
Let me tell you about my recent experience. We originally booked for three days, had to extend twice due to medical reasons, had to extend beyond for five additional days, because of situation, the manager extended a courtesy by applying the lowest rate possible for the entire stay, even the weekend rates were discounted down to the lowest rate

ttocsnodrog_2000on 08/10/2017 18:50Not much to rave about with this hotel. It isn't horrible or anything, but just nothing much to talk about. The service was good & the breakfast was better. But the facility is tired and in need of a remodel for the interior very soon.
Great value, clean rooms, quiet area and nice staff
toesintheriveron 27/09/2017 15:41Stayed one night on way thru and it is a great value for this area. I recommend. Good hot free continental breakfast. Staff were all very friendly. A good clean budget hotel for a stay in the area. I recommend. It is in a nice quiet area very close to freeway and many restaurants.
Good value for money
BridgeToBhutanon 05/09/2017 23:06Stayed there for a night over the labor day weekend. We requested two adjacent rooms a day earlier with queen beds and that request was taken care upon our arrival. We were group that had two little children and the 20-30 step staircase (no elevator) was totally fine. We checked in around 11pm and the front desk (Ryan) was polite and efficient. A newer shower head would have been great. The hot water in the shower was more than enough for a family of four. Breakfast was allright with choices of yogurt, brown bread, english muffins, waffle, eggs and bacon, tea, coffee, juice. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room & the sheets were clean, Overall, it was worth the value (under $100 online deal). Thank you!
Holiday in(n) hell,
Tracy Hon 17/08/2017 02:52Stains on wall in stairwell. No elevator. Stains on bed cover. Used wet towel hanging on hook in bathroom. I went to concierge to insist upon a new room, for the reasons above, and she responded with no apology, no solution to the brown stained bed cover, but only a sneer with ' we are fully occupied'. The clock was set an hour ahead, the wifi didn't work, the power socket by bed did not work and the fridge made a high pitch ear piercing sound. Shameful. You charge me 200 dollars for this so my daughter goes to bed fully clothed with a hood on her head? 200 dollars for a stained no wifi room? How are you the Holiday Inn? How? I really would like an explanation for how I, a Holiday inn rewards member was treated. 200 dollars to be directly across the stairwell door?
