Very complicated over designed soulless hotel. Horrible music blared out of the TVs as I opened the door. Took ages to figure out how to turn it off and how to negotiate the lights which were ridiculously complex. A loud humming noise which sounded like a noisy air conditioner lasted all night despite making sure the air conditioner was turned off so I was unable to sleep. And it was way too expensive. I honestly couldn't get over it. It ended up being quite a stressful costly experience. The night staff seemed nice but were unable to speak English. Worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Location: Excellent location, close to restaurants and other amenities. Most importantly, for us, very close to metro.
Staff: Friendly staff but language was a problem at times; this is obviously not unusual in Paris.
Restaurant: Breakfast buffet was subpar and room service menu is quite limited.
Room: Size was good, nice clean, modern room....no complaints.
Washroom: Decent size washroom, strange tub window which does not adequately prevent water from leaving tub.
Overall, the hotel is quite nice, does not feel like a Holiday Inn. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good hotel. Nice location, close to Metro and BUS. Breakfast was good and room clean although not too big. The only issue is the language at the reception: sometimes I had difficulty to have what I need (e.g. TAXI booking). Anyway, overall I suggest this hotel.

300 euros for this hotel in October so not worth it! Breakfast very basic, rooms very very small.. night staff can’t speak English, bathrooms like the ones on a plane. The good things are.. close to Metro 4, 15 min to Gare Du nord, few restaurants around 10 PM.. Nice English speaking staff during day time

Stayed with family for a short break to Paris. Easy access to Metro for whole city access.
Stylish reception with friendly staff.
Great little bar but drinks VERY expensive!
Room comfortable. Air conditioning old and not very effective. Lovely shower, full force and excellent temperature. Bit weird shower curtain, was glass panel that did not really stop spray flooding the bathroom floor each day.
