I recently stayed with Holiday Inn Philadelphia-Cherry Hill at the beginning of a long road trip and it started the trip off right! Even with a late night check in I was greeted like the first guest of the day. The room was very clean and comfortable with more amenities than I could use in just my one night stay. Breakfast the next morning hosted in the adjoining Red, Hot, and Blue was delicious and well priced. Less than half an hour from downtown Philly, it is a great place to stay nearby while getting away from all the hustle and bustle of being right in the city. I hope to be able to stay with you all again the next time I am in the area!

Good part: Decent hotel, friendly staff, decent room.
Bad part: Received bill for phone calls never made. Rusty Gym equipment.
Overall decent experience but felt awful as was billed for phone charges that we never made. myself and my wife have mobile with good plans that we make calls from mobile itself. we dont have any need to call using hotel phone. At the time of checkout i mentioned the same to receptionist, she asked me to call her back as manager was not there. I did called back and manager was still not available. she transferred me to manager's voicemail. I left message but no response. This incident ruined my whole day.
Apart from this few gym equipments are very rusty.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a festival in Camden NJ. Room was clean and spacious. Fridge and Keurig in the room was much appreciated. Bed was comfortable. Lobby was clean. Restaurant/bar was ok, nothing fantastic but not horrible. Hotel staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

Had to stay a couple of nights in Cherry Hill so decided to stay at Holiday Inn as I’m a Platinum IHG Member. It’s a nice hotel, well located with a load of shops across the road. Staff are friendly and the hotel is good value. I would stay again if going to Cherry Hill.

Stayed here for one night in anticipation of a charity bicycle ride, Bike MS. The room was fine, had a refrigerator which was nice to keep ice and morning milk cold. They let me keep the bicycle in the room without complaint, a plus.
But the second floor hallways simply reeked of cigarette smoke. I don't know if this hails back to the smoking vs. non-smoking floors, but it triggered my wife's asthma. In a word, it stank atrociously.They should just bite the bullet and replace the carpeting and pads.
