Staff was friendly! But I came for the heated pool and hot tub! Both were very dirty and neither was warm hot tub was just full of cold water and leaves and the rooms they were tiny for the price and outdated!!! Horrible horrible horrible

the hotel was fine but i was shocked to find out that the mediocre buffet breakfast was $7.00 and was definitely not worth that. Most of them now are free and I expected that from Ramada!

This Ramada is a typical Ramada, so you know what to expect. Location is very good - close to many things downtown and near the freeway. Parking is another story. The parking lot in front of the hotel is very small, and they don't enforce the handicap parking spaces, the red "no parking" areas along the edges of the lot, etc., so navigating in this small lot at night is awful. Next door is another Wyndham-owned hotel, with which the Ramada guests can also share this parking garage. The garage feels unsafe and really needs to be cleaned and repaired. If the parking situation and parking garage were more convenient and "safe", I would rate the hotel a 4-star.

The front entrance was deceiving:. Tiny parking lot, it appeared that it was the entrance to a bar, not hotel. Rooms OLD, noisy AC units don't work properly. Shower head in second room not installed properly:. Plastic screwed on crooked. Poor sleep and must Pay for breakfast too.

Checked in, hair dryer did not work. Toilet seat was very loose. Faucet lever was so loose that it almost came off. Out of 4 outlets on the lamps, only one worked. Coffee pot, microwave and refrig shared one outlet...had to choose what to plug in. Sure could use a little maint.
