Modern Hotel and great location

Large room with a comfy bed. Excellent staff who helped us book our tours. Walked from the train station with bags in about 5 minutes. Near the main centre of town and easy walking distance to restaurants and eateries

Faultless service

We have been staying here regularly for the past few years and once again opted to stay here for the "Champagne Week" tastings in April. Since our first stay, the staff have been excellent, always friendly and very helpful.

We booked the junior suite and were very pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to the duplex suite by the manageress as a reward for our repeat custom along with a bottle of their grower producer champagne. A very nice touch.

This hotel offers the perfect city centre location with secure parking and great service. Most rooms have recently been refreshed, they are functional and clean. We find the beds and pillows to be very comfortable.

The rooftop bar offers nice views of the city and it is good to see a large hotel chain offer a monthly grower producer champagne.

We will be back again next year.

nicely renovated with stylish terrace bar/restaurant

we enjoyed this hotel, nicely located within a walk of the cafes, the shopping, the museums and the church, yet on a quiet street. The breakfast is quite good and is served on the rooftop terrace with a very nice view of the rooftops and the church. The room we stayed in (508) was nicely decorated and was fairly spacious, and the parking was very convenient.

Stayed here for a business related trip. The hotel was clean, service great & had a good breakfast spread. It is everything you could expect from a standard Holiday Inn. Location wise, this is great as it is walkable distance to the Reims Cathedral, christmas fair as well as the major shopping areas of Reims

This hotel actually feels quite different from other Holiday Inns I've stayed at, with bright colours and some interesting design features - even the bathroom toiletries were different from the ones usually provided. In fact in many ways it felt more like a Crowne Plaza.
Location is excellent, on an attractive street just steps away from the city centre. Parking is an interesting experience. Once you've managed to get the gate to open (the intercom on the post at the entrance didn't seem to have any effect, but the one on the wall did the job, both on entering and leaving) there are two levels of parking, the lower one accessible only by an over-sized lift. If like me you're driving a British car and don't have a passenger I suggest you reverse in, otherwise it's hard to push the necessary buttons on the wall, and it's all but impossible to open the driver's door to get out once you're inside. Signposting could also be a bit clearer - it transpires that if you have luggage you're supposed to get back in the same lift in order to reach the upper level and find your way to reception. The stairs really aren't suitable if you're carrying anything bulky.
Room was fine and everything worked including aircon and wifi. No view from window, but it was quiet.
Good food at dinner and breakfast in Italian roof top restaurant with friendly service. Outside area would be pleasant in nice weather, but unfortunately it was too wet to use during my stay.
Checkout was efficient and the bill correct. All in all I would certainly stay here again if passing through Reims on another occasion.
