S N J Bon 18/11/2017 14:43Hotel Desk on 2nd floor ODD, Front desk was friendly-room was fairly clean-Toliet was very low close to floor-just had knee surgery very difficult to utilize (reason for checking new location). Wont be back.
Disappointed
Riley Don 26/10/2017 03:36I was here for business and I like to stick to holiday inns. However, this was the most disappointed I’ve been in the chain. The hotel is outdated, my room was next to a noisy pool, the parking cost extra and was inconvenient. Only positive was the location. Stay somewhere else and commute.
Clean Room / Outdated Hotel
Eric Bon 23/10/2017 04:45Stayed for three nights in October for a work conference. The hotel is very close and convenient to the Civic Center and local bars and restaurants.
My room and bathroom were clean, but the hotel itself was outdated. Small TV and super small bathroom.
Parking is in a public ramp connected to the hotel. You get a pass for unlimited in and out from the ramp, but it adds $13 a day to your stay.
No continental breakfast which surprised me.
They staff was very friendly.
Better Places Elsewhere
markgirgison 22/10/2017 04:50This is an older hotel that my colleagues and I chose due to location. The hotel lobby is awkwardly located on the 2nd floor of the building while the brand new Hilton across the street provides access directly from the street.
My room was dirty and I had 1/2 used mouth wash in my bathroom. There were pee stains under the toilet. Brown and disgusting. The air conditioning was left on when I checked in (mind you that it was in the low 50 degrees during my stay). I attempted to turn the heat on but only cold air came out.
For the prices they charged, the room was very outdated. The television was old and small. The curtains didn't close all of the way.
We ate at the restaurant for breakfast. On the first day, the waiter was an idiot! No silverware, couldn't handle the food or equipment properly, and hardly "waited" on us. We were only one of a couple of groups eating there that morning. The 2nd breakfast, table napkins were dirty but the waiter who served us tried his best, so I'll give him credit for effort.
Lastly, on the day of check out, my receipt wasn't slipped under my door but instead it was left face up where my name and address could be read by anyone walking by, right in front of the door. Not even an envelope!
I will absolutely never stay at this hotel again and will definitely think twice before staying at a Holiday Inn from now on.

Love4SunnyDayson 18/10/2017 20:44We stayed at the hotel for a convention. The hotel is nice and clean. There were a few issues with the room. The staff is friendly and better than in past visits. There is a restaurant/bar in the hotel and seems to be reasonably priced. There is also a pool. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops.
