Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Great adjoining restaurant. The room is pretty basic but clean and had all the creature comforts including a safe. Overall I was very pleased and will stay again if I have a long lay over.

This was offered as the stopover stay hotel by Airport Canada. There is a shuttle from the airport which was very convenient but make sure you say you are going to the Cambie location as there is another Holiday Inn. This one has an attached pub and room service that is an added convenience especially when time is tight and you want some rest. Excellent check - in service where I was asked all the right questions, shuttle arrangements for the following day and wake up call.
Hotel room was clean, sheets could have been a bit more crisp, but bathroom countertop space was great with coffee maker in the bath itself which was convenient. Shuttle back was dependable and efficient.
The biggest plus was check-in service was impeccable-first impressions are so important. Thank you.

This hotel is about ten minutes drive from Vancouver airport and felt like it was more than just an airport hotel - one where people stay just because it's close to the airport. It was a well-equipped hotel with free, secure, covered parking. The front desk experience was friendly and professional, and the room I was given met the needs I had specified in my booking. It was large, clean and well-equipped but being close to the lifts there was a little noise - my fault for requesting a room close to the lifts.
I had a problem with my room - the bathroom light did not work - but when I reported this to the front desk, a friendly maintenance man appeared quickly and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.
There is a sports bar/restaurant attached to the hotel which served breakfast and evening meals, and a McDonalds about 50m away.

The hotel is comfortable and modern. Very quiet for an airport hotel. Complimentary parking is secured. Breakfast buffet at adjoining restaurant is very reasonable for a hotel breakfast. I enjoyed my stay here. Only thing keeping it from 5/5 is the lack of a pool which would have been nice but that’s a preference thing.

Excellent for the price. Was clean, had a good pub attached downstairs for a bite to eat. The room was tidy, beds were comfy, and all the staff was very nice. Good location with airport shuttle. Parking a little tight for a truck but manageable.
