Veiga66on 09/04/2017 23:46The staff was rude. The breakfast was poor, the coffee machine was broken one morning and when I asked for coffee the waiter said, "that´s not my problem". It´s to long way form the main town, if you not have your own car.
They Try, They Really Do: So-So Budget Hotel Removed From Main Historic Area
giorgio11on 08/02/2017 21:57I suspect your overall rating of this hotel is just very much going to depend on what kind of hotels you are used to staying in already. I have traveled extensively for business for 30-plus years and have mostly stayed in better hotels for much of that time. I was here, however, with a large group of friends for a choral festival, and this is what was recommended to us. I have to say, it is good for a midprice budget hotel. But my room was never cool the whole time I was there. This was July in the Veneto, so that was important. It was probably around 80F/26C at night, so I slept with very little on and very little over me. The restaurant and bar were acceptable and the staff did try very hard to please. PS If you are an early riser and want caffeine, bring some tea bags and you can nip downstairs and get some hot water before the breakfast/coffee/cappucino appears. And there is a nice supermarket at the other end of the parking lot from the hotel where you can buy fresh fruit, cheese, milk, whatever. BE FOREWARNED that this hotel is quite a distance away from the main historic Verona, so do not stay here without a car and expect to walk to those areas. You will have to arrange transportation.

Valentyn_Kyivon 21/11/2016 12:34We were participating in Verona half marathon and bought accommodation in this hotel as a part of package provided by organizers.
That was a mistake.
1) location. It's located in Verona west (or east), next to the highway entry/exit, which is perhaps the best location for trailer drivers, but not for anyone else. One way taxi to downtown costs 20-25 euro. Hmmmmm.
2) sleep quality. Highway is behind the hotel. No comments. They promoted the hotel among recommended venues for Verona marathon runners stay. That was a pure poor joke. Wedding party till 1 am with crazy music and no reaction re: complaints. Crazy people....
3) rooms. A bit outdated.
4) food. Never dared to try.
5) price policy. Ridiculous: as a part of marathon package my wife and myself prepaid one night each (Saturday-Sunday). We had no response from the org committee if we could shift the booking for one room one day before (obviously we didn't need two rooms for one night. On Friday before the flight we contacted the hotel via phone and agreed that one pre-paid night would be shifted one day earlier. Ok they said. We double check at the check in. Ok they said. And at the check out they say they get it wrong and we have to pay for Friday night again!!!!!!
Ps today the signed off the cash from my card. So we got bad choice at a price of 5 star venue in the center of Verona!!! Don't be us -)))))

AJAY Non 03/11/2016 12:38Nice and pleasant hotel , breakfast is good with lots of verity of veg and non veg food , rooms are clean and room service is excellent, washrooms are packed with the requisite.
Overall a nice hotel to stay for adult with one child
