A co-worker chose this location as a meeting place for his retirement celebration. The location was perfect for people to come from Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton. We reserved the party room at Max and Erma's, where our waitress Alexis did a fantastic job serving the needs of numerous individuals that came and went throughout the night. We reserved a number of rooms for members of our party to spend the night. We had reserved an executive suite for my coworkers to gather at after Max and Erma's closed. Unfortunately the room that was reserved did not meet our needs as it was smaller than expected. Upon speaking with Courtney and Leslie, they were able to assist us by getting us into a room that accommodated our large group. Courtney and Leslie were pleasant and helpful throughout the checkin process and went out of there way to assist us. Overall it was a great experience and the entire event could not have been better. Thanks for making everything wonderful.

We stopped here to stay for one night on our way from MS to NY. When we got to the front desk, we were informed there were no rooms available, but the staff called their affiliate, Holiday Inn Express, to see if they had any rooms available, and when that didn't work, they got the Hampton Inn on the phone so my husband could make a reservation. The front desk was busy, yet the staff remained super friendly, and we SOOOO appreciated their helpfulness to us at the end of a long day on the road.

I don't usually do reviews but it was a must after staying in this Holiday Inn. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and they were all so kind. Rooms were beautiful and very clean. Highly recommend!!

A very spacious property. Very open and well appointed. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice. Parking plentiful and convenient. Restaurante on property but is standard corperate fare. Room was large. No fridge or microwave. Room was musty and strange smelling. Fitness center has only treadmill etc... no weights.

It felt used. Like a person had been there before me and conpletely wrecked the joint. I was only the second person to stay in my room, too! Little did I know, the innkeep would have FIVE more come through after me. The nerve, am I right? She also claimed I was the fattest! HA. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate it a 5, considering the whole experience ended with me being hurled kicking and screaming to cold, harshly lit world and right into the hands of a gloved streanger. What's it take for a kid to catch a break?
