Worst hotel ever

We stayed here for just one night and believe me I have never been as disappointed with an hotel in all my life. We arrived on the edge of dark and had bother finding where if was located. It is a good 15 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush station. The guy at the check in desk was Egyptian and his English was ok. He gave us the key to our room and told us breakfast was served from 7.30am until 11 in the basement. We made our way to the room and all I can say is that there wasn't room to swing a cat. The double bed was pushed against the wall and there was just about enough room to get out at the other side. This meant that my husband had to climb over to the other side of the bed to get out. The tv was high up on the wall located beside a fan. The bedding was a sheet with a fleecy throw on top. The walls would need a fresh lick of paint and the carpet was very old. The bed was like a camp bed. There was also a bait box for mice beside the radiator. The Walls were so thin that you could hear everyone in the adjoining rooms. We had a small window and on the windowsill there was a buddleia bush growing and cigarette butts lying there too. The bathroom was so small. The shower was right beside the toilet designed like a wet room with no shower door and the shower holder was broken. It was hard not to soak the toilet whilst having a shower!!! The paint was all coming off the doors too. We went to have our breakfast the next morning and I wouldn't call it a continental breakfast. There was orange juice, cornflakes, toast, cheese, coffee, tea and eggs which were supposed to be boiled but they were completely raw. I was glad to check out of this fawlty towers hotel. I'm afraid I would not recommend it to anyone and It certainly wasn't worth what we paid. I will not be back.
Do NOT stay here!!

Stayed here for 4 nights.
Where to start... the bathroom, I am 5 ft 4 normal build. I stayed here with my father and brother both whom are at least 5ft 10. Now imagine if I struggled to fit into the bathroom, how they felt.
There was no space to move. Getting into the shower was a task in itself! An inward opening door contraption blocked half the way to get in!! I could hardly turn around in there.
Moving on, the entire room smelt of damp and mould. Towels were not changed daily but also had no chance to dry due to the damp. They also only replaced them on request. Otherwise you are left to enjoy your still wet/damp ones from the day before.
The method of cleaning the coffee cups was to place them in the bathroom sink for a little rinse. We had the same cup with the same massive crack all the way down the side everyday.
Their idea of cleaning the room was simply to just open the windows.
Don't stay here if you're looking for a good night's sleep. The staff are partial to standing outside your window talking and smoking. The smell of smoke then enters your room!!
Also, this morning at 06.18AM , the whole building was treated to a fire alarm which lasted at least 15minutes. The manager had established that there was no fire, however, he also didn't know how to turn the alarm off!!!
The only good thing about it is the location and proximity to Westfields and tube lines.
Basically, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do NOT stay here!!
More of a B&B than a hotel

This facility is a 5 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush underground station and a 7 minute walk from the Westfield shopping centre.I chose this hotel because it was 1 minute walk from the Young Dancer's Academy and West London School of Dance. It was adequate for 1 night and good value. The hotel is more of a bed and breakfast located in a terraced house comprising a rabbit warren of rooms, stairs and fire doors. The reception is downstairs which was a bit cumbersome with luggage. The room was adequately sized with tea and coffee facilities , in room safe and small TV, there were several electric sockets with USB connections. There was a tiny ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There was free wifi in the bedroom. The hotel is on a quiet residential street with minimal traffic noise, however there was some noise from neighbours outside the window on the next door balcony. We didn't try the breakfast as there were plenty other opportunities to eat nearby

Clean ( newly painted - literally still painting as we arrived basement room) could not have windows open all night due to noisy neighbours and folk in street. No breakfast offered or available. Shower room very small and towel rail had to be covered to stop kiddies burning themselves. Only one staff member, polite and fairlyhelpful. Very handy for the wonderful west luff centre Shepherd's Bush.
Challenging Property--Be Careful

Six nights resulting from a poorly thought out Priceline three star (???) bid. This is not a three star property. It began with our arrival after an all night flight from the US--With a straight face the desk person asked for 10 pounds to store two small travel bags for three hours. It continued with a bathroom that no one under six feet tall could fit into. The waste can was placed on the right side of the toilet requiring that it be moved to acess.with each trip. Climate control was decided by the Proprietors--you have no options to cool the room. The beds were adequate. It is close to the subway and to the Mall but I cannot recommend that anyone stay here as the price does not reflect value.
