Great area to stay. You are next to central train and bus station and underground. Also, you can walk to some of the main attractions of London(distance about 1mile). The room was very small for 3 people (for a couple is quite good). The breakfast was very poor. Just remember is good only for a sleep!

Well, its not the Hilton but if all youre gona do is sleep and have breakfast its perfect. Cheap with a cute tiny touch and the breakfast was a delight. A typical English breakfast. Close to the Victoria station.

This is my 300th Review. I am where i am so i apologise for the review not being my happiest. If you suffer from claustrophobia in any form this place is most definitely not for you. Rooms are pitifully small, corridors and landings are VERY narrow. The equally cramped breakfast room is reached by a very steep staircase not built for the infirm or elderly. Breakfast is a real spartan affair. Standard cereal with no fruit or additives served from a dispenser in a hallway. Plain toast with butter and jam. Tea , coffee and orange juice and that is it. It gives a whole new meaning to the term "continental". Beds are comfortable, tea and coffee making is available in room. Bathroom is difficult, its a shower- wetroom again due to restricted space. The wash hand basin measures about 9 inches across???
The whole hotel is unbearably hot. It was 19° in london last night at 10 pm. yet radiators in our room were full on. I had to turn them off and open a window as my feet were startin' to sprout like seed potatoes. This action introduced us to another unbearable pleasure. Our room was at street level and the noise from outside was horrendous.
Hold on, there is good news,the hotel is wonderful for short stay transitory people as its location is amazing. Its 1 min walk to Victoria rail station and underground trains. 1 minute walk to Bullied way bus terminal and 3 mins walk to Victoria main bus station. It is £80 per night. If you are a couple then this is only £40 each. Good for couples not for singles. Honestly,i couldn't take a long stay. I should also mention that the staff were polite and helpful at all times. If on a one night stand, like us, travelling on to Germany by coach, its bearable for its wonderful location. Probably depends on your age and mobility status and i ain't young. Needs thought.

We needed a hotel room near Victoria railway station at short notice to avoid the french general strike. This place was cheap, in the right place and to me the reviews on booking.com looked.
We arrived at 01.00 hours in middle of night and a friendly receptionist checked us in.
We were in a basement room, with a damp patch on the wall.
The room was very small - particularly the ensuite toilet and shower; the door to this was about 40 cm wide (it was on e cubit) - someone with BMI 40+ would not have fitted in. The shower was dirty.
There were a double and a single bed in the room - the single bed had a used towel on it.
There was a lot of noise from the fridge and the ventilation for the toilet, until I switched them all off.
At 05.00 hours we were woken by bumps and shouting from the room above.
At 06.30, there was a noise like the burners on a hot air balloon.
At 7.00, there was noise from the preparation of breakfast.
At 09.30, the cleaner was knocking at the door to come in.
Breakfast time was short (07.00 to 09.00) and check out was by 10.00 am so rushed - no chance to relax.
The view out of our window was of a wall with peeling paintwork.
The stairs were steep with narrow steps- not suitable for someone with poor mobility
We would not go here again; there are many other hotels in the area to try.
Perhaps suitable for students on limited budget

Located just off Victoria station the location is hard to beat!
Staff not so friendly and almost on rude side as not very talkative and when spoke short n loud. Specially breakfast crew was loud.
Room is ok, full carpet😆 tiny bathroom, one window and a bed. Its safe, wifi works, room is clean so for a night it is ok.
