first arriving looked like any other mid price hotel. checking in was fast, but reservation was for first floor. arriving at 2:30 pm on friday thought it would not be any problem. it was none available. so walk up to second floor.entering room was normal, sleeping/living area fine,carpets not badly worn.bath not so great Old worn quartz? vanity top,toilet stained inside Needed a GOOD scrubbing, shower average. just like all hotels shower head are terrible. hot/cold breakfast advertised is one reason i booked here. it was just cold muffins toast and waffles,but free coffee. staff very nice/friendly.maybe this is the normal for 4star in canada but not in usa. overall visit was ok with no great issues.

We stayed here for our wedding night, and there was no acknowledgement of our wedding. Leading up to our stay, the front desk called our guests and asked to confirm our names then told them our room rate was not available (which it was). This lead to a lot of confusion, and left a really bad impression on our guests.

3rd time staying at this location in Cambridge and everything was tip top shape again. Clean, courteous staff. Good variety for breakfast. Excellent coffee. Check in and out was quick. Great location. Very pleased again.

Comfortable....affordable... just what we needed... We have two adult children with developmental challenges, and having a two bedroom suite available was perfect... They enjoyed themselves, and we didn't have to be concerned with them being in a room on their own.. please with every aspect of the visit... clean comfortable rooms, good food, pleasant atmosphere.

We thought the room was fantastic. Very clean and very nice. We were there for a small wedding reception, and the party room was great. In all, it was a very positive experience, and we would definitely go back. My son and daughter in law, as well as my daughter had stayed there before. They told us it was really nice, and we weren't disappointed.
