I had no knowledge of Chicago and was placed in Homewood suites on a business trip. I was quite surprised and very satisfied with the appearance, service and amenities. Breakfast was very good, the evening social was a pleasant surprise and for those who drink free wine was a nice touch. In addition, my business address was within shuttle location so I did not have to take a taxi and spend more money

Very large and clean rooms, staff very helpful and friendly. Finally was able to sleep on a bed that was comfortable. Will stay at Homewood Suites anytime there is one in the area I travel. The Free Breakfast was was great, hot and plenty of choices.

I had 4 rooms booked for a medium sized get together. 2 of our rooms had 2 full sized beds and 1 pull out sofa. The other 2 had 1 king sized bed and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was surprisingly very comfortable to sleep in. I had no issues whatsoever. The room is a great size and I love having the kitchenette. We were able to utilize the kitchen very well. While we were there, there were multiple basketball teams staying as well. We had no issues with noise or breakfast. Breakfast was great! One of the best breakfast buffets I ever had at a Homewood Suites. The waffle bar was amazing!!! I've never seen so many topping options. I also like how this property doesn't skimp out on meat items when the hotel is 100% booked. I've been too way too many properties that try to save money by not putting out meat for booked nights and only do carbs, carbs, and more carbs.
The service was amazing. I called a gazillion times to make sure everything was perfect for our 4 rooms. I asked them to set up the sofa beds before we checked in, and all 4 rooms were ready to go! Checking and checking out was such a fast process. They made sure to welcome my gold status (hilton honors). They even let us have a late check out for all 4 rooms.
I would highly recommend staying here, if you can!

Very accommodating, good staff, free full breakfasts all week (and free dinners on weekdays). Knowledgeable staff about the Navy graduation process and great rates on hotel stay for Navy Graduation families.

Having never stayed at a Homewood Suites, I was completely impressed with the Homewood setup and this particular facility. I used the business area and was able to get a great deal of work done despite the openness of the area. Overall, it was a pretty cool place to work. I will be back.
