I've stayed in numerous hotels in the greater Cleveland area, and the Homewood Suites/Beachwood is my favorite. The suites are clean, bright and nicely furnished; the staff sets the benchmark for Customer Service; the hotel is conveniently located; and, the complimentary breakfast is not only convenient but good.

Love this place! Staff was friendly, the rooms are very nice and clean and breakfast was great. I would recommended the hotel to family and Friends. Swimming pool was clean and front desk staff was very helpful.

Stayed here for the second year in a row for a hockey tournament. We rented the Hospitality suits which was nice. A bunch of 40+ year old dad's enjoying the room and the night clerk called the police on us. Cops showed up, kicked us out and threatened arrests. Total BS. Convenient location overall nice hotel except for the night clerk. Suggestion if you have to interact with the staff keep it between the hours of 8:00 - 17:00

The room was spacious. We did have some problems that the friendly, professional staff took care of quickly. The hotel is easy to get to, off a major highway, with easy routes to the zoo and the airport. The breakfast is fine. We will definitely stay here again!

The only issue that I had during our stay was that I was never able to gain access to the wi-fi. Otherwise the stay was great. I was there with my son's hockey team, and the boys had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
