I was very pleased .. I chose this place because it was pet friendly. And I was bringing my dog for surgery at Ohio State Vet. My first visit was 3 days and so when I needed a return visit I chose your place again. I will recommend you.

Needed two bedroom suite to accommodate two sets of mom/kids - in town for a soccer tournament. All the conveniences of having your own kitchen along with the ability to share the expense! was great for the price - ask about AAA discount too! Decor is dated and could use updating... but the space was good and the breakfast was gerat!!

Over half of the items were missing for breakfast. The tables were dirty, there were not even clean plates. The kitchen worker had gloves on, but then used his finger to scratch his ear. The hot tub was half full and we were told it wouldn't be filled till morning because kids were messing around in it. My family used the pool, but there were no clean towels. Broken tiles in the shower, the outlets in the one bedroom were not working. Mold by the hot tub and in our shower. A weird smell in the hallway and trash everywhere. We got four room keys at check in, none of the m worked. Definately the worse Homewood Suites we have ever been too. There is another one down the road from Ikea people might want to try instead, it can't be worse tha n this.

I would not recommend the Homewood in Columbus/Dublin. My room rate was $144 but it felt like a $44 room. It wasn't a great experience. However, Hilton is a solid company and I am confident that they will fix the problems.

I have stayed at a number of Homewood suites and this visit was truly a disappointment. The arms and cushions for the couch and the occasional chair in the unit were filthy . I covered the arms and the cushions with towels. Missing pieces of baseboards in the bathrooms. Although there were supposed to be two queen size beds in the unit the bed that my husband and I slept in was the smallest queen size bed I have ever seen. Very uncomfortable night.
