Great staff- very friendly and accomodating!! Magdalena (kitchen) and Alma (housekeeping) were especially kind and helpful. Our party had several young children and the amenities offered were great. The kids loved the basketball court and pool!

We enjoyed staying here, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the room was huge and clean and bright. It was good value for money. We were there for a big football weekend so had some noisy neighbours but not sure what the hotel could do about that. The breakfast was to be avoided - plastic cutlery and cheap food - better to go elsewhere.

Best stay-cation so far! Lots of places close by to walk to or explore. Plenty of nearby attractions for adults and family. My daughter and I spent a day walking around just taking pictures and checking out all the shops underground. Cool place and location.

Very nice hotel. We had a King room on the corner. I liked the kitchen area and the sofa. The bed was not the most comfortable and the sheets were dingy. The shower was great with lot's of hot water.
The breakfast was very good. All of the staff from front desk, to shuttle driver, to valets were incredibly nice and friendly. This hotel has a wonderful staff.

Great location, terrible customer experience upon final check in with argument about water bottles reserved only for elite honors members vs. Silver. Frontv desk tried to make it right 12 hours later but the confrontation still leaves a negative stain on our weekend staycation.
