First time staying at this hotel but will definitely do so again. Stayed on the 4th floor. The end of my review has a couple of tips/bits of interest if you're staying here.
Sleep quality - 5/5
Good firm mattress, pillows weren't the rocks that I see at some chains, bedding was warm but not overly smothering. Did NOT hear noises. That is amazing in a hotel here lately and I really, really appreciated that.
Room/kitchen amenities - 4/5
The kitchen area was great. I cooked several dinners here and I had no real issue doing so. I do wish there was dish soap so I didn't have to run the dishwasher with only a few things in it and could just wash pots and such by hand.
Kitchen had one pot, one skillet, one larger pot and met the need. I made spaghetti, chicken quesadillas (sauteed onions and peppers in the one pot and would make quesadillas in the skillet). Knives were dull as you'd expect in most long term stay places. Serrated knives aren't sharpened nor really designed to be so they get worn out quickly.
Comfort level/design of room - 4/5
I took off one star primarily because the couch is incredibly uncomfortable to sit on but the computer chair and bed were good enough.
I LOVED the fact that the windows would open and there was a ceiling fan. I was there in October and it was really delightful. The AC in 411 was off in the sense that the temperature gauge was way off (like I had AC set to 78 when that's insanely hot anywhere else) was broken but you could scale it to get it the right heat/cool level.
Housekeeping - 5/5 - great job
Hospitality/Staff - 5/5 - really nice. I came dragging in from the previous week's business trip and the "welcome home!" greeting from a manager made me smile. Enjoyed Rodney's demeanor and playfulness.
Tips:
Washer is $2.00 per load, Dryer is $1.50 per load. Laundry room smells a little moldy so recommend using the top down machines. They stay cleaner than the seal in the front load washers.
The 4th floor is a mix of smoking/non-smoking. While my room never smelled like smoke (just kimchi.. did y'all run the ionizer like I suggested to the front desk?), the hallway got pretty pungent. It wasn't great especially on the weekend but during the work week, not as noticeable.
Location: 5/5 - easy in & out access. Save a lot and Walmart are nearby. The mall is across the street (they're building a Cheesecake Factory while I was there in October) and traffic isn't bad getting out to where you need to go.
All in all, I look forward to staying here in the future.

I could live in this room if required. Felt more like home than a hotel. Note: I leave 5 stars or excellent for the top 2%, so this is my best recommendation for a reasonably priced hotel. Nice kitchenette, real refrigerator, stove & dishwasher. A real dinner table & china. Excellent bed and pillows. Not much to look at outside the hotel. Near by mall & restaurants.

Service very good, staff friendly, breakfast good, rooms comfortable ( but rooms smelled ). Carpets in room need deep clean or replacement. Stayed for two nights, hotel was quiet. I like this hotel and stay here regularly.

Huge suite, very comfortable furniture, large kitchen and nice bath. All new and modern, coffee and tea available the entire day. Large ample breakfast with a very diverse selection of food. Staff is superb and very helpful.

The room i booked was very clean and i like that it had a full kitchen. The evening and breakfast employees were very friendly. i would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. It is close to malls.
