everything was great. the front desk guy, Stanley, is amazing at costumer service he deserves a raise!!! food was ok and the room was awesome. the one thing i would change is the toilet paper. it doesnt dissolve well and i clogged the toilet the first night lol. overall awesome!!!

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice. But the pool was full of little kids with very little adult supervision. One of the small kids pooped in the pool. I probably would hesitate before staying at this property again.

Our house began to flood in a nearby neighborhood during Hurricane Harvey. In the middle of the chaos and fear, the assistant manager made room not only for my husband and me but also for an elderly neighbor requiring a handicapped room. The hotel staff had filled all the bathtubs with water in the event that we lost clean water and even gave us toiletries and quarters and detergent to launder our stinky, drenched clothes. It was wonderful to have hot breakfasts, coffee, and ice water in the dining area. They also provided warm beds and hot meals for an enormous team from FEMA Urban Search & Rescue, who is often accustomed to sleeping on floors. Working with a reduced staff who were themselves stuck in the hotel by the floodwaters and having to ration the food supplies, the staff made sure the hotel was an oasis of cleanliness, comfort, and calm. They were flexible about our reservation, knowing that we didn't know how long we'd be there. But when we hastily departed and checked out by telephone once we were safely able to get out of Houston, they failed to check us out in the system, resulting in a bill for an additional 4 days we weren't there. They have refunded the money, even though they probably weren't technically required to. I will never be more grateful for the team at that wonderful hotel. The hotel property is great, but the staff makes it exceptional.

Reservationist screwed up the reservation and from there everything when down hill.
Manger was not paying attention to check in guest.
Normally our family stays are pretty decent and with minor issues, but this time no so good.
