Ronald Mon 19/11/2017 17:08The hotel was great. The only problem we had was the front desk employee need to work away from the front desf people. All other employees were very helpful and you can tell they really cared about the customers.
Wonderful Hotel
thely0ndenon 18/11/2017 21:17This was our first time to stay at a Homewood Suites. We stayed here because we had friends already booked at this hotel. We were in town to run the Battleship 12K. The hotel staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely stay at Homewood Suites again.
Housekeeping terrible
tb2001on 12/11/2017 13:34They didn't clean the floors during my 3 week stay and I had to call several times for toilet paper. The evening social had gotten terrible also the food has changed it was food now have to go out to eat. One of the reasons I stay here is for the food might have to look elsewhere
Not impressed....
Jennifer Bon 06/11/2017 21:21This hotel has a friendly staff, however, the hotel is in a major need of new carpets throughout. They are stained and dirty in all of the hallways. Our room had baseboards that had been chewed up by someone’s pet. Overall, a very sub par hotel.
Enjoyable Stay
John Bon 06/11/2017 00:28Stopped off for a nights stay during a recent road trip. Convenient to I-10. Friendly staff. Quick check in. Generous social hour(5-7 pm). Good breakfast offerings. Pet friendly. Like the full sized refrigerator, dishwasher and cooktop. Nothing negative. Would certainly stay here again.
