Awful stay. My room was not clean. Hair and nail clippings on the floor. Second day they moved me to another room and there was not as much hair on the ground in the bathroom. But there was a bar of soap with plenty of hair on it. This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed in.

Some of the staff were great and helpful, some other just didn't like to be there I think because of the attitude towards the clients. The places looks clean and the surroundings as well. Sometimes the lobby was like a hanging place with people drinking and scream (or talking loud), giving out the impression that the staff doesn't have a "complete control" of the environment.

Love the hotel and Hilton rewards program! Most important thing to me and my family is cleanliness, location, and internet. We were thrilled with the accommodations and look forward to another stay at Homewood Suites.

This hotel was at least cleaner and more well kept than the Hampton right next door (stayed in that one on a previous trip) but still seems very out-dated. Because of this, it didn't seem as clean as other hotels I've stayed at. Staff very friendly and accommodating though.

Room was in need of updating. Had a lingering smell in the room. The HVAC was either too cool or warm. Pillows and bed mattress need replacing. Recreation room - 2 tread mills and 1 stair stepper. No towels or water in the rec room. Was not greet as Hilton Honors member. Will not stay in the future.
