I had so many issues during my 1 night stay at this location that I would definitely never ever stay here again. There was only 1 person on staff for the entire hotel, couldn't access the pool/spa area due to unruly teenagers/kids/adults, food was horrible, no coffee, rooms not clean.

Would definitely stay again. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to do an early check-in. The bed was so comfortable, as well as the pillows.

This hotel is in a great location, safety is not an issue and getting into downtown or shopping is less than 20 minutes. First time in Pittsburgh and would not hesitate to stay here again. Staff was very helpful and professional.

This is among the best, if not the best, property I've stayed.
The staff is helpful and nice
The food is always on time. In fact, they put the cold breakfast out early for in case you have to run.
Amber, the director of sales is awesome. She made sure we were treated well and that our rooms were perfect

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Great amenities and friendly staff. Guest rooms were spacious and clean, quiet halls and mechanical systems. Don't bother sleeping on the mattress, you will be more comfortable on the floor. If the focal point is on hospitality, they nailed it! If the mission of the hotel is to provide guests with a good night's sleep, total miss.
